Ginger Beef

2/3 c  water

1/4 c  oyster sauce

1 tbsp  sugar

2 tsp  cornstarch

1tsp  beef soup base(Watkins)

1 tsp  sesame oil

1/2 tsp  crushed chilli

1 c  thin sliced green pepper

2 tsp cornstarch

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp ginger root

1/4 tsp  garlic granules

1/4 tsp  onion powder

1 lb ground beef

optional : 1/2 lb shrimp

Combine first seven ingredients and set aside. Combine next five ingredients, add the ground beef, mix well.  Cook completely, then drain. Add green peppers and or shrimp. Stir first mixture and add. Heat for 1 minute, or if you do add the shrimp until shrimp is cooked through. Serve with rice and vegetable of your choice. Enjoy.
